2. Shenzhen Tianma: Completed the debugging of OLED pilot line

In August 2010, Shenzhen Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. disclosed that its controlling subsidiary Shanghai Tianma plans to invest in the 4.5-generation AMOLED pilot line with a total investment of 492 million yuan.

In February 2011, the Shanghai Tianma AMOLED pilot line project successfully lit the first color AMOLED product; in July, the company also verified another AMOLED sample. At present, Shanghai Tianma AMOLED project equipment has been basically completed debugging.

At present, Tianma has completed debugging of OLED pilot lines and also produced full-color AMOLED samples. 4. Sichuan Hongshi: Plan to build more than 4.5 generation AMOLED production lines before the end of 2013

Sichuan Hongshi has one of the most complete PMOLED production lines in China with a designed annual production capacity of 12 million pieces (calculated on a 1-inch screen), and is mainly based on the application requirements of its own products. Since it was put into production in April 2010, the product line's product yield has now exceeded 90%. It is understood that Hongsi also has an AMOLED panel experimental line and a PMOLED experimental line.

5. Foshan Rainbow: Proposed to build AM-OLED pilot line
