It is understood that, since the end of 2014, Tesla has taken the lead in launching fuel trucks to replace the Tesla Model S business in three cities, Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, hoping to promote Tesla's pure electric vehicle alternative tradition. At present, the fuel vehicle fuel truck replacement service has been extended to Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xi'an, and Chengdu, which have Tesla Experience Center cities, and consumers can replace Model S or Model X.
In terms of prices, Tesla said that consumers can sell existing fuel vehicles at a reasonable price in the market, and Tesla will also help consumers complete the work of updating indicators, and promise that they will not earn any profit from it.
If consumers want to replace the existing Tesla with the latest models, the owner only needs to provide the “Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate†and the vehicle photos, and they will be able to get the replacement estimate provided by Tesla. If the owner accepts the estimated quotation and wishes to sell the existing vehicle and purchase a new one, Tesla will also provide a free professional vehicle inspection at the nearest service center to confirm the final replacement price. The sales staff of the service center will also assist the owner in completing the vehicle formalities and the payment settlement.
According to reports, at present, Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Chengdu are the cities in which old car owners have been upgraded.
