Recently, Zhejiang Crystal Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will invest RMB 109 million to build a sapphire substrate project with an annual output of 3.6 million high-brightness LEDs.
The new project is located in Building A17 and A6 of Xingxing Electronic Industry Zone, Jiaojiang District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. Building A17 is a leased factory. The source of funds for the project is the company's self-raised 59 million yuan and bank loans of 50 million yuan.
At present, the company has completed the feasibility study of the pre-development and implementation of the project, and has achieved small-scale production. In the next stage, the company will complete project reporting, project construction, and mass production as planned.
After the new project is put into production, it is estimated that the annual new sales income will be 792 million yuan, the annual new profit will be 116.77 million yuan, the net profit after income tax will be 99.26 million yuan, and the investment recovery period will be about 3.5 years.
