Microsoft stops providing email support for Windows Live

Microsoft said the forum ’s answers came from the same users, volunteers of the most valuable experts, and Microsoft technical support moderators.
Microsoft said that some moderators will help manage the information flow of the community, ensure the health of the entire community, and solve complex technical or security problems that the community cannot solve.
