On November 23, the first phase of the LED Phase I project of Shaanxi Coal Chemical Industry Group Xi'an Reloading Yinan Optoelectronics Technology Industrial Park with a total investment of 250 million yuan was started. The project is located in the center of Weinan High-tech Industrial Development Zone. It is invested by Xi'an Heavy Industry Equipment Manufacturing Group under the Shaanxi Coal Chemical Industry Group. The scale of the project is 240 million LED light sources and 43,000 LED lighting fixtures. After the first phase of the project was completed and put into production in August 2011, the company will invest another 1.6 billion yuan to start the second phase of the LED project, which will eventually make the annual output value of the photovoltaic project reach more than 2 billion yuan, becoming the new profit growth point of Shaanxi Coal Chemical Group.
