The Jindongnan-Nanyang-Jingmen UHV AC pilot demonstration project expansion project is scheduled to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2011. At present, the construction of the “four connections and one leveling†project is basically completed. The 1,000 kV structural base of the expansion area has been completed and 110 kV foundation construction is underway.
