4, the welding process of the jumper disk jumper has two rows of holes, when facing the back of the jumper, the top of the solder joint is the "ground" that is defined as the upper row. Commonly used patch panels are available in 48-hole and 96-hole. As shown in the figure below, there are 96 seats in each row of holes, and each block has 5 pads.


The “+” line “+” jumper of the “+” connection wire connects the “+” or “+” jumper of the corresponding jumper seat of the other row, and the “+” or “+” jump point depends on the half pass or All-pass connection method.
The "-" line "-" jumper of the "-" connecting wire connects the "-" or "-" jumper of the corresponding jumper seat of the other row, and the "-" or "-" jump point depends on the half pass or All-pass connection method.

Cable connection to the jumper

The length of the "+", "-", and "ground" is 4mm, and it is required to be tinned.
The length of the "ground" line heat shrinkable tube is 26 mm.
The length of the "+", "-", and "ground" wires after the wire heat shrinkable tube is 26 mm, and 30 mm when stripping.
The length of the wire heat shrinkable tube is 15mm, and the wire is threaded before stripping, and the exposed wire of 5mm is wrapped. (As shown below)

The requirements for the soldering point of the jumper plate are not heat-shrinkable, flexible, just enough to cover the solder joint, the length is 15mm.

The length of the loop between the jumpers is 100mm, and the length of the thread is 4mm.

The loop line uses the "+" line and the "-" line of mogami3159 or mogami2944 as the loop line.

All-pass, half-pass, and no-pass effects on signal flow The relationship between the upper row of holes and the lower row of holes is all-pass:
When the jumper is plugged into the jumper hole, the signal of the lower row is disconnected, and when the jumper is inserted into the jumper hole, the signal of the upper row is disconnected.
The "ground" line of the upper row and one end of the "ground" loop are soldered to the "ground" of the upper jumper seat.
The "ground" line of the lower row and one end of the "ground" loop are soldered to the "ground" of the upper jumper
The "+" loop connects the "+" jumper of the upper and lower jumper blocks. The "-" loop connects the "-" jumper of the upper and lower jumper blocks.

The relationship between the upper row of holes and the lower row of holes is half pass:


When the jumper is plugged into the jumper hole, the signal in the lower row continues. When the jumper is inserted into the jumper hole, the signal in the upper row is disconnected.
The "ground" line of the upper row and one end of the "ground" loop are soldered to the "ground" of the upper jumper seat.

The "+" line of the upper row and the end of the "+" loop are connected to the "+" of the upper jumper block.
One end of the "+" loop of the lower row is connected to the "-" line on the "+" jumper of the lower row jumper. The "-" line of the row and the end of the "-" loop are connected to the "-" of the upper jumper.
One end of the lower "-" loop is connected to the "-" hop of the lower jumper

When the relationship between the upper row of holes and the lower row of holes is not available:
Inserting the jumper hole does not affect the signal of the lower hole, and the signal of the upper hole is not affected when the hole is inserted.

There is no loop between the upper and lower rows.

The jumper wire is well welded, and the line is straightened and tied as shown in the above figure.
