3E shareholders include Dehao Runda (International) Hong Kong Co., Ltd., Korea Epivalley, and Hong Kong Max Alpha. Dehao Runda (International) Hong Kong Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dehao Runda (002005).
According to the agreement signed in January 2010, 3E will receive full technology transfer and support from LED Epivalley in Korea for LED chip manufacturing and R&D; this activity initiates contractual responsibility for technology transfer, interaction and technology synchronization between Epivalley and 3E in Korea.
