Four projects such as Dongguan Semiconductor Silicon Carbide Epitaxial Wafer received RMB 48 million

It is reported that Dongguan will be the key technology research and application of pure electric vehicle integrated development in 2010, the research and development and industrialization of key technologies for electric vehicle power battery, and the third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide epitaxial wafer research and development and industry. Four projects, "Study on the Quality Inspection and Evaluation System of Semiconductor Lighting Products", respectively, funded 28 million yuan, 7 million yuan, 8 million yuan and 5 million yuan, totaling 48 million yuan.

According to the notification requirements, the selected project will sign a contract with the Dongguan Science and Technology Bureau within one month. If the contract is not signed within the time limit, it will be deemed as abandoning the project and funding.
