For the third gear, the annual electricity consumption is over 3121 degrees, and the electricity price is 0.825 yuan per degree.

According to reports, the province has regulated that the scope of the trial electricity price target is the “one household, one watch” resident user in the province. For a "household", users with a fixed resident population of 5 or more and an average monthly electricity consumption of 261 degrees or more can apply for a sub-table business. For those who have not implemented “one household, one watch”, the total electricity price of residents of residential buildings, residential buildings, residents’ elevators, etc., will be adjusted according to the average price of residents’ electricity prices, and will increase by 1.74 cents per degree, or 0.5424 yuan per degree. After the implementation of the ladder-based electricity price, each household of the urban and rural “minimum-guarantee households” and the rural “five-guarantee households” will be given a free electricity of 10 kWh per month.

At the same time, for the province's winter heating period of electricity prices, the relevant person in charge of Changchun Power Supply Company said that the Provincial Price Bureau will issue a heating period electricity price policy by October, which stipulates the province's electricity price for heating period, and the annual The electricity price for the non-heating period in October will be implemented at residents' ladder prices.
