First, the basic introduction
Vortex flowmeter is an extremely versatile flow meter that can be used for measurement and control of almost all gas, liquid and steam flowmeters. Our company researches and develops a new generation of HHWJ series digital intelligent split type vortex street with international advanced level. The flowmeter, which breaks through the limitations of traditional simulation methods for vortex signal processing, recognizes and screens vortex probe signals through modern digital signal processing methods to obtain normal flow signals and greatly improve the seismic performance of vortex streets. Fundamentally solved the problem of not resisting earthquakes around the vortex street for decades. Second, the working principle
Pulse vortex flowmeter is composed of vortex generators, detection probes and corresponding electronic circuits designed in the flow field. When fluid flows through a vortex generating body, two alternating rows of vortices are formed on both sides of the vortex generating body. This vortex is called Karman vortex street. Based on Karman vortex street theory, Sterohal's number suggests that the frequency of Karman vortex street is directly proportional to the velocity of the fluid and gives the relationship between frequency and velocity:

An evacuated tube is two glass tubes, one within the other, joined at each end. The space between these tubes is evacuated so the space is under a vacuum seal. Vacuums are excellent insulators (think thermos.) The inner tube is coated with a selective coating that converts light into heat.
Guaranteed for fifteen years (the longest warranty on the market) Linuo tubes are made from high quality borosilicate glass and are fused together. This provides an all glass seal. The Linuo evacuated tube uses a unique three layer selective coating instead of the standard single al-n/al coating. It consists of an infrared emission layer, an absorption layer and an anti-reflective layer, giving a much improved performance.
