Second, we must understand the electric schematic diagram of the air conditioner, clear current direction and key detection points, and analyze according to the fault phenomenon. Third, the key points: the connection point between the internal and external machine circuit, disconnect the connecting wires between the internal and external machines, and divide the equipment into three parts: the internal machine, the external machine, the internal and external machine connection parts, and then the multimeter is checked separately. The resistance between the machine terminals (zero ohms), the resistance between the internal terminals (infinity), the resistance between the two wires (hundreds of megahertz), and their resistance to ground ( More than 300M), by comparing the resistance values, the fault location can be initially determined.
1. The internal machine is plugged in when the output line is disconnected. If there is no trip, it can be ruled out.
2. The resistance of the cable to ground is too low. Connect a cable directly to the test machine.
3. The resistance of the external terminal is low, check the compressor starting capacitor, fan starting capacitor, etc., and finally move the compressor.
Fourth, according to my experience, on the premise of eliminating external factors, the booting for a period of time is generally a problem of connecting cables between internal and external machines. Start and jump, the external capacitor problem. Jump on power, main power line or motherboard or capacitor problem. Of course, it is possible that the compressor is leaking or stuck, and overload protection is possible, but it should be handled after other reasons have been eliminated.
