SypsSoft, a leading supplier of embedded software solutions for 4G mobile WiMAX and LTE, announced that they will cooperate to implement LTE technology on the MIPSTM architecture. SySDSoft is a new member of the MIPS Alliance Program and is working closely with MIPS Technology to provide MIPS authorized customers with an optimized MIPS32® LTE protocol stack that can run on various MIPS processor cores. SySDSoft will initially port its proven software stack to the MIPS32 24K® processor core, and will publish the preliminary results of this collaboration at the Mobile World Congress 2010 in Barcelona.
