Guangri shares (600894) announced on the evening of the 6th that the company's subsidiary Guangri Electric and Sichuan Leshan Jialing Construction Co., Ltd. formed a consortium and signed the "Street of Liushui City Center" in Liupanshui City Economic Development Zone Infrastructure Development Corporation. The financing construction contract for the upgrade of the back street and the alley project, the contract price is tentatively set at 300 million yuan.
According to the announcement, the construction of the contract project includes: the construction funds required for the cooperation projects of the motorway, sidewalk, along the pipeline, urban lighting and streetlight upgrading and reconstruction projects in the central urban area are handled by Guangri Electric, Leshan Jia Ling is responsible for the construction and construction of the project as the general contractor of the cooperation project. Guangri Electric will recover the construction funds and financing costs by way of payment by the owner of the repurchase payment. The funds required for the construction of Leshan Jialing will be paid by Guangri Electric in accordance with this agreement.
In terms of profit distribution, Guangri Electric is responsible for capital investment and repayment of financing interest. The owner pays repurchase and interest compensation, all of which are owned by Guangri Electric, which is collected by Guangri Electric from the owner. Leshan Jialing assists Guangri Electric in recovering the project payment. The project owner of the cooperative project calculates the construction cost as the final settlement price of the project. Guangri Electric settles with Leshan Jialing based on the owner's accounting price. Guangri Electric calculates the cost of the owner (excluding the price of Guangri Electric LED lamps and other materials). 86% was paid to Leshan Jialing as the payable project, and the remaining 14% was used as the profit and financing cost of Guangri Electric.
