This new product family outperforms traditional switching diodes in a wide range of commercial, industrial, and automotive applications. The DST Series combines ultra-low forward voltage drop, high current handling capability, excellent junction temperature performance, and minimal leakage—all within a compact TO-277B surface-mount package. For automotive applications up to 10A, it delivers comparable or better performance than the D-PAK package Schottky barrier rectifiers, while being just one-third the size. The DST Series is ideal for high-frequency switching power supplies (SMPS) and automotive DC-DC converters, such as those used in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), including cameras, sensors, and electronic control units. It’s also suitable for infotainment systems, LCD displays, and LED headlights and taillights. Additionally, it can be used in polarity protection and reverse blocking applications.
