I. Preparation According to the designed schematic diagram of the frequency divider, the following materials are prepared:
1. Inductor skeleton According to the requirements of the inductor coil, choose a suitable non-metallic skeleton, such as solder wire, plastic skeleton for sealing raw material tape and other wood and gel skeleton.
2. The enameled wire is made of a number of enameled wires with appropriate thickness and high quality (the author chooses the enameled wire removed from the switch of the car starter).
3. Resistor components select capacitors and resistors with appropriate capacity, resistance and power according to circuit requirements. It is best to use imported or domestic high-quality CBB capacitors for crossover capacitors. High-power cement resistors are preferred.
4. Adhesive This agent can be selected from strong viscosity adhesives such as “Lidezhe”.
5. For coins and bolts, choose a copper product with a diameter of about 4mm. The length depends on the height of the inductor frame.
6. The copper-clad board is selected according to the number of frequency-divided components, and the high-quality copper-clad board of suitable size is selected. The line direction is engraved with a utility knife according to the design requirements.

Around the inductor, the top and bottom of the adhesive bottle are drilled with a small hole slightly larger than the enameled wire (the liquid will not flow out of the hole because the liquid is thick), after each hole is worn with a plastic hose The enameled wire is passed through the two hoses to prevent the enameled wire from being scratched when passing through the two holes, and then one person pulls one end of the enameled wire tightly, and the other person can take the other end of the enameled wire on the skeleton, and the hands are not contacted. Enameled wire, because the enameled wire has been evenly coated with a layer of adhesive when passing the adhesive, you can hold the ends of the frame and rotate it by hand. After the number of turns of the inductor is rounded, the excess enameled wire is cut off and fixed. The outer lead wire, after the adhesive on the line is solidified, is tightly wound around the coil with a layer of transparent tape.
2. Component installation According to the position of the inductor coil and the resistive member on the board, use a small drill to make holes in the board, drill a hole slightly larger than the diameter of the copper bolt in the middle of the coin, and pass the copper bolt through the coin in turn. Coil and circuit board, then put on the spring washer, fasten with nut, scrape the lead of coil, capacitor and resistor and solder it to the corresponding position, and finally solder the in and out line on the board.
