First, the scope of tender

Second, bidder qualification requirements
(1) 350MW desulfurization and ultra-low emission retrofit project for #5 and #6 units

2.1 The power to have legal personality and the ability to independently enter into and perform contracts, the registered capital of the enterprise shall not be less than 70 million yuan;
2.2 With Class A or above qualification of environmental engineering (air pollution prevention and control project), it can engage in the corresponding construction project general contracting business as well as project management and related technical and management services within the scope of the qualification certificate;
2.3 The corresponding qualifications and capabilities of design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, quality control, operation and management in terms of professional technology, equipment and facilities, personnel organization, and performance experience;
2.4 With the relevant calculation ability of the desulfurization system;
2.5 Total desulphurization performance of coal-fired thermal power units of 300 MW or more units with a capacity of 2 sets or more in the last five years, and providing a copy of the contract (cap unit), with good operational results, and installation and commissioning No major equipment quality problems were found during the operation.
2.6 Has good bank credit or business reputation, is not in a state that has been ordered to suspend business or is in bankruptcy, and assets have not been reorganized, taken over and frozen, and good financial reports and statements for the past three years;
2.7 During the construction of the engineering projects undertaken by the China Datang Corporation in the past, there were no technical, quality or commercial disputes involving the main responsibility of the bidding unit;
2.8 The project does not accept bids from the Consortium;
2.9 In the last three years, there has been no fraudulent bid, serious breach of contract, and no major or higher quality and safety accidents occurred in the equipment supplied;
2.10 It is not an unqualified bidder with corruption, fraud, etc. as defined by the relevant state agencies.
(2) 350MW Wet Electrostatic Precipitation Renovation Project for #5 and #6 Units: Tender Number: CWEME-201612SXYC-J0022.1 The power to have legal personality and the ability to independently conclude and perform contracts, the registered capital of the company shall not be less than 10 million yuan.
2.2 The corresponding qualifications and capabilities in design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, quality control, and operation and management of professional technology, equipment and facilities, personnel organization, and performance experience.
2.3 The power station boiler dust collector related computing capabilities.
2.4 In the past five years, the total contracting performance of wet scrubbers with 2 sets (including) or more 300MW class units and above of coal-fired thermal power units has been completed, and a copy of the contract has been provided (covering units), which has good operating results. No major equipment quality problems were found during installation and commissioning.
2.5 Has good bank credit or business reputation, is not in a state that has been ordered to suspend business or bankruptcy, and assets have not been reorganized, taken over and frozen, and good financial reports and statements for the past three years.
2.6 During the construction of the project to undertake the China Datang Corporation system in the past, there were no technical, quality or commercial disputes involving the main responsibility of the bidding unit.
2.7 The project does not accept bids from the Consortium.
2.8 In the last three years, there has been no fraudulent bid, serious contract, and there has been no serious or above quality and safety liability accidents in the supplied equipment.
2.9 Unqualified bidders who are not classified by the relevant state agencies as having corruption, fraud, etc.
Third, the tender documents
3.1 Way of obtaining the bidding documents: login, with the enterprise CA certificate electronic key subscription tender documents and follow-up bidding matters.
3.2 Bidding documents are available for sale from November 15, 2016 to November 25, 2016.
