The latest devices come in 0603 and 0805 packages with power ratings of 0.375W and 0.675W respectively, offering improved performance and compact design for a wide range of applications.
These advanced resistors are designed for demanding environments, featuring an ultra-low temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±25ppm/°C and tight tolerances as low as ±0.1%. They operate reliably across a broad temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, making them ideal for use in medical imaging systems, industrial equipment, telecommunications infrastructure, and precision measurement tools.
The PHP series is built on a high-purity ceramic substrate, ensuring long-term stability and reliability. A larger back termination helps reduce thermal resistance between the resistive layer and the solder joints on the user's PCB, enhancing thermal performance and durability.
The resistors deliver excellent performance, maintaining a stable film that performs at 1000 ppm under high-temperature conditions. They support a wide voltage range from 75V to 200V, with noise levels below -30dB and a voltage coefficient as low as 0.1ppm/V. This makes them particularly suitable for high-precision applications where signal integrity is critical.
Available in multiple package sizes including 0603, 0805, 1206, and 2512, the PHP series offers resistance values ranging from 10Ω to 30.1kΩ, with custom options available. The power rating of up to 2.5W is twice that of traditional film chip resistors of the same size, providing greater flexibility and efficiency in circuit design.
All units are lead-free, RoHS compliant, and meet UL 94 V-0 standards, ensuring environmental and safety compliance. Samples of the 0603 and 0805 versions are now available, with full production underway. Standard lead times for orders range from eight to ten weeks, allowing for timely integration into new designs.
