3.2. Project Scale: The road has a total length of 2585 meters and a width of 40 meters. It will construct comprehensive works such as main lanes, non-motor vehicle lanes, sidewalks and drainage. The estimated investment price is about 41.5 million yuan, and supervision costs about 330,000 yuan.

5. Qualifications the applicant should have.

5.1 Qualification category and grade of bid applicants: Class B or above qualifications for municipal public works supervision;

5.2. The chief engineer to be selected for the supervision: Qualification certificate for the national registered supervision engineer of the municipal public engineering professional (must be registered in the company);

5.3. The number of project supervision members is not less than 5: In addition to a national registered supervision engineer (municipal and public engineering major) in accordance with the requirements of this project, there must be two professional supervision engineers for municipal public works and two inspectors. The required professional support staff is complete. All above personnel must provide job certificates (must be registered in this company). Equipped with supervision personnel must meet the supervision needs of different construction stages.
