What is triple play integration?
TPI is a professional software services company dedicated to providing digital home video platform solutions. TPI is also the official Adobe "Scaling Partner", providing optimized ports for Flash Player 10, AIR and stage art technologies for consumer electronics platforms. We have 25 senior engineers with professional project management and quality assurance experience, with an average of 24 years of work experience.

What kind of service can you provide?
We provide device Flash porting, authentication services and comprehensive maintenance and support services for all flash products, including Flash Player 10.X, AIR 2.5 for TV and Flash Lite for digital homes (FLDH is also known as "stage art" "). We also resell the Adobe Flash Player 10 and the running license for the stage art. Since 2004, we have delivered 35 Adobe Flash technology projects to customers around the world.
What services does your company provide for MIPS Technologies and its licensees?
We have completed several MIPS-related projects, including four projects for Flash Player 10.x, five FLDH projects, and AIR for TV projects. These projects have built-in integration of hardware video decoding, performance optimization, customization and authentication.
What is the difference between Flash Player 10, AIR TV and Flash Lite for digital TV?
Flash Player 10 is not a separate product, it must be used in browser applications. Flash Player 10 products include Hulu, Netflix, and Google TV and other related content. According to Adobe, the company plans to optimize MIPS VM for Flash Player coding this year. Adobe also showed that it can analyze how Flash Player builds its certification standards and runs on TV. This can help provide a video and photo experience on a high-definition screen. Adobe currently recommends cable for TV applications.
Adobe AIR for TV delivers rich Internet applications, games and interactive HD experience with the same Flash runtime as Flash Player 10.x. Products that integrate with AIR are independent, which means they are not integrated with the browser. Application examples include Facebook widgets and App Store apps for games, weather forecasts and bill payments. Cable TV focuses on HDTV applications and video playback backed by Stagevideo for hardware decoding. It protects content with Flash access and supports premium content from the latest TV designs. It is ideal for a managed or open ecosystem application, and many applications require Flash to be presented. Cable TV (released in 2010) is optimized for the MIPS core.
Digital Home (FLDH) FlashLite is designed for low-performance platforms and supports hardware and software decoding with a small footprint. It supports ActionScript 2, H.264 video, and On2 VP6 and Sorenson Spark video codecs. Compared to Adobe Flash 10.X or AIR, FlashLite is easier to implement Adobe certification. The digital home's Flash Lite (released in 2009) runs very well on the MIPS core, with more than 5 million devices shipped worldwide.
Why does Adobe offer so many different platforms?
Adobe's goal is to provide a unified customer experience across multiple platforms, including TVs, set-top boxes, smartphones and consumer electronics. This means achieving a consistent but differentiated experience outside of the web browser and the browser of the standalone application.
What are the requirements for official shipment of Adobe Flash?
Before shipment, you must pass certification and license (OSP or royalty). TPI provides technical support contract content, including the latest version of Flash updates, fixes and answers technical questions to help customers meet their needs. We also offer equipment certification services that include comprehensive testing services to ensure that the device's embedded flash technology certification services meet certification standards. We can solve any problem and work with Adobe to resolve any issues that can prevent authentication. We are happy to discuss the details of licensing and certification as required.
For MIPS licensees, what is the general process for porting Flash to MIPS?
The goal of TPI's first review of a product is to determine the correct target platform. Then we evaluate the customer's platform to run Flash according to various requirements. We will sign an agreement to complete the agreement in accordance with various flexible terms. In this project, maintain close communication between TPI resources and the customer team.
