The NB-IoT R13 standard was finalized in June, and Shanghai Mobile Communications plans to launch its first R13-compliant NB-IoT module by year-end. Initially supporting the 900MHz band, future versions are expected to include other frequencies like 1800MHz, 700MHz, 850MHz, and 800MHz. The BC95 also includes space for eSIM, enabling easier operator collaboration and improved user convenience.
