The device shown in the patent displays information in front of two eyes instead of one eye. As a result, the rendered image is more in-depth, and the patent also suggests that the micro LED can be switched between transparent and opaque modes for AR and VR applications. Google's technology can also be used on other devices.
Google actually used a tiny LED screen, which is really interesting because Apple acquired a company called LuxVue, which is the main micro LED company. There are rumors that Apple is developing AR glasses, and it seems that the two companies have coincided with the AR wearable architecture. Smart glasses puzzles have slowly become clear.
