Fujian province will build 96 transformer substations this year

On the evening of the 15th, the video conference on speeding up power grid construction in Fujian Province was held in 2012. The meeting informed the situation of power grid construction in the province in 2011 and deployed development tasks for this year's power grid. Xu Tiejun, standing member of the Fuzhou Municipal Committee and deputy mayor, attended the meeting at the Fuzhou branch.

The conference revealed that in 2012, the province will continue to increase investment in power grid construction. It plans to put into operation 2182 kilometers of 110 kV and above lines, 117 substations with a capacity of 11.08 million kVA, and start construction of 2530 kilometers of 110 kV and above lines. 96 seats with a capacity of 14.09 million kVA. Among them, in the construction of backbone power grids, Fujian Province will build Fuqing nuclear power to the Dongtai transformer line, as well as the 500 kV power transmission and transformation project in the second phase of the expansion of Fuzhou Bali and Nanping Chentian transformers. In addition, Fujian Province will further promote the construction of smart grids, and Fuzhou will complete pilot projects for distribution automation to ensure that the city's power supply reliability rate reaches 99.98%.
