It is currently the most important basic material for LED illumination epitaxial wafers and chip products and belongs to the upstream technical products of the international high-end LED chip industry. Sapphire crystal manufacturing is a typical capital-intensive industry with high barriers to technology and equipment in all aspects of the LED industry chain. The core technology team of Zhongshan Zhaolong Optoelectronics successfully explored a set of sapphire crystal growth process of 35kg class that meets the requirements of LED substrates. The core equipment and process technology of the equipment fully possess independent intellectual property rights.
